*human is what we are // 31 days to keep going
March 1st to March 31st
H.I.W.W.A.* is a thirty-one day virtual course designed to support the re-activation (or implementation) of a daily writing ritual—it's also a practice of radical self-care.
For the month of March, as we shift towards Spring, the ask is for you to carve out ten non-negotiable, sacred minutes every single day to write. No more, no less.
Maybe you'll rise early and sit with morning sun and a mug of something warm or iced—or maybe, you're a night owl and prefer to write by the light of the stars.
H.I.W.W.A.* will be delivered to your inbox daily—packed with daily meditations, cosmic musings and heart-inspired writing prompts, the content will vary from day to day to keep us all awake and on our toes.
No previous writing experience is required.
Cost: 31 Days for $30
(CDN if in Canada; USD if outside Canada)
Payment can be made via e-transfer (inside Canada) or PayPal (outside of Canada) using the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You'll receive confirmation once payment has been received.
If you'd like more information, or have questions or queries, please send an email to email@example.com.
*Registration closes on Tuesday February 27th at noon, EST.

This one we're calling All Hearts on Deck in hopes that we can gather as a community and tune into a breath uniting all hearts as one.
Gather any of the following you have on hand: TTC tokens, food (non-perishable items, like peanut butter, pasta sauce, rice, pasta, healthy snacks, granola bars, instant coffee and tea), warm winter jackets, hats, gloves and scarves for gifting to Horizons for Youth (a shelter for at-risk + homeless youth) and join heart alchemist and daughter of nature Bryonie Wise for a Kula-enchanted evening (and the second reading of her new book Stories My Mama Told Me After She Was Gone).
We’ll build forts, share stories and rest into wonderment—all the while coming together to take care of ourselves and each other, too.
Snacks + refreshments will be provided; donations for HFY are deeply appreciated but not required (or expected).
This is a free event that asks for your official RSVP.

A Ritual to Honour the Spring Equinox
Join me for a tender, poetic evening of welcoming Spring back into play. A remix of slow heart flow, massaged with some restorative shapes and earthly vibrations, there is magic to be had and this the place to find it.
