Thursdays, 6 to 7:15pm
July 6th + 20th + August 3rd, 17th + 31st
Let's gather for a bi-weekly drop-in class at my sweet abode to deepen our practice of being human.
We'll move through a mix of slow-motion shapes and take time to translate what we discover by putting pen to page, so come adventure inwards, okay?
Classes are pay what you can and dog medicine (and dog hair!) is included in every practice.
Please bring your own mat, a journal and a pen.
Come for one, some or all—send an email to confirm your place in the circle and receive address details.
Saturday, July 8th; 4 to 7pm at Gibbs Ranch in Lynden, Ontario
The art of being human is one of those things that is supported by the physical practice of yoga.
Something happens, though, when we start moving our bodies, minds, hearts, spirit and breath on a regular basis—we being to shift and change and open in ways we didn't even know were possible.
In this late afternoon potluck gathering, we'll gather together for an exploration into the wild unknown of what's possible off of the mat and into the rich jungle of imagination.
Our jamboree takes place at the Gibb’s beautiful ranch located in Lynden, Ontario. Please bring a contribution for our picnic-potluck, a lawn chair, a notebook and pen—and, a brave sense of adventure.
Price: $20+hst for one OR $35+hst for two
(Kids 18 years old and younger attend for free!)

*human is what we are // 31 days to begin again
August 1st to August 31st
Daily practices, rituals or habits are helpful spaces to return to when the going gets tough and the tough gets us going.
They can be safe places to feel the feelings—to process too-much hurt or anger or fear and transform them into mindful, loving action.
When we take care of ourselves—truly, madly, deeply—we often do a much better job at taking care of each other.
It's kinda like building into our heart memory a cabin in the woods, or a room of our own—one that we can return to anytime—just like the breath that moves through these bodies, minds and hearts.
H.I.W.W.A.* is a thirty-one day virtual course designed to support the re-activation (or implementation) of a daily writing ritual—it's also a practice of radical self-care.
For the month of August, the ask is for you to carve out ten non-negotiable, sacred minutes every single day to write. No more, no less.
Maybe you'll rise early and sit with morning sun and a mug of something warm or iced—or maybe, you're a night owl and prefer to write by the light of the stars.
H.I.W.W.A.* will be delivered to your inbox daily—packed with daily meditations, cosmic musings and heart-inspired writing prompts, the content will vary from day to day to keep us all awake and on our toes.
No previous writing experience is required.
Cost: 31 Days for $31
